The Government of Western Australia European Office (WAGO) promotes awareness of Western Australia as an attractive destination for investment, and for visitors, migrants and students. The office monitors current and emerging issues throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Russia and the CIS States to identify prime opportunities for attracting investment in Western Australia and promoting trade.
WAGO is involved in a wide range of activities and facilitates relationships between European companies and Western Australian business.
In addition to the Agent General's role in maintaining relations and promoting a general awareness of Western Australia, the role of the European Office is to:

provide information and advice about potential roles within the WA Health service and opportunities for visa sponsorship

provide information about developments in Western Australia through specialised publications on priority industry sectors in the state.
Located in London, the European Office is responsible for promoting the state of Western Australia as a competitive business environment for investment and trade, including as a base to service Asia.
The Office welcomes enquiries from individuals and companies wishing to participate and share in the state's future development.
It provides assistance to Western Australian companies seeking to develop business opportunities and promote exports in the European market place.
Under the Agent General, the office has a team of highly skilled and proactive officers working across the priority areas of investment and trade including: mineral and energy resources, skilled migration, recruitment of health professionals, education services, agriculture, food & beverage, infrastructure and tourism investment.
